The only difference so far between 10.6.8 and 10.8.5 is that Logic would not validate the AD2 drums only the Addictive keys!! Weird really.POSTS HERE ARE PRIVATE. Then it tells me all is up to date and good to go and Logic scans the audio units and and validates them all. Something in the AD2 is getting corrupted because when I delete the AD2 components from the Library/Audio then when I reinstall the AD2 it tells me that it needs to do 2 repairs and they are always the AD2 drums and the Addictive keys. ![]() ![]() Should i delete the addictive drums components and run logic for a while without them to make sure its the addictive drums? Hi Eric, No I never put my computer to sleep. Imac 2010 i3 dual core, 12Gig Ram, 10.6.8, OWC 2TB External 7200 Firewire 800 drive. Will moving to Mountain lion help perhaps or bring other problems? I then restart logic and it sees and authorizes the plug ins with no problem but then the crash happens again after using it for a bit either while running it or when it is idle for a while.Īny help or suggestions will be appreciated. I've trashed preferences and reiinstalled the drums a number of times and the installer said it was repairing the drums. The audio unit checker didnt authorize the drums the first time but eventually did after I reinstalled using the xln online installer. Logic will play just fine then I take a break and come back 5 or 10 minutes later and Logic is not responding and I have to force quite the program. Everything was working fine till I installed Addictive Drums 2 and then the random crashing started. Hi, Using Logic Pro 9.1.8 on a imac with 10.6.8. ![]()
